Born in Huntington Beach, California, Deven broke out as Rachael Shore across 17 episodes of the award-winning series Day Zero, a role that earned her a Best Actress nomination at the Filmed In Utah Awards. The director of Proper Manors was impressed enough to offer her a role in the show’s third season. Her first feature, Muddy Corman, put her opposite Kevin Corrigan and brought a second Best Actress nomination at FilmQuest.

Her first runway show, at the Gothic Convergence Festival, was featured in Gothic Beauty Magazine.
